Information collected
Nexus AVL may collect information you provide through the contact and equipment reservation forms, including your name, organization, email address, phone number, city or event location, project or event details, requested dates and times, equipment selections, fulfillment preferences, and additional notes.
The reservation form may also record a reservation number, submission time, accepted Rental Terms version, pricing summary, and related fulfillment details.
Browser-stored rental selections
The Rentals and Reservation pages use your browser’s local or session storage to remember equipment selections and unfinished form details on your device. This information remains in your browser until it is submitted, cleared by you, removed by the website after a successful submission, or deleted through your browser settings.
How information is used
Nexus AVL uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare recommendations or quotes, review equipment availability, confirm reservations, coordinate payment and pickup or delivery, provide requested services, communicate about a project or rental, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and maintain necessary business records.
Nexus AVL does not sell personal information and does not use submitted information for unrelated third-party advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Website forms may be processed by Netlify. Email and customer-notification providers may process submitted information when those services are configured. Payment providers may process payment information through their own systems; Nexus AVL does not intend to collect full payment-card numbers through these website forms.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the business, protect people or property, enforce agreements, comply with law, respond to lawful process, or complete a business transfer. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.
Retention
General inquiries that do not become active projects or rentals may be retained for up to 24 months. Records connected to quotes, projects, reservations, payments, taxes, agreements, damage claims, or disputes may be retained for up to seven years after completion, or longer when reasonably required by law or an unresolved matter.
Security
Nexus AVL uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small service business. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive financial information, government identification numbers, passwords, or full payment-card details through the contact or reservation notes fields.
Analytics and cookies
Nexus AVL does not currently use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies on this website. If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Nexus AVL, subject to legal, tax, contractual, security, and recordkeeping obligations. You may also clear browser-stored rental selections through your browser settings.
